They tried to tell me that he has to have a diploma from the "accredited" local Christian homeschool group. I said "I am just looking for clarification, but the state of Mississippi says otherwise..." She called me back 15 minutes later and had asked the Dean. Apparently, I was right and they will be more than happy to accept him with a transcript and a notarized diploma from us.
We go on the 3rd for a tour and all that good stuff.
They have a grant program that since he graduated from a homeschool in the city limits (my house) he goes for 4 semesters for free... unless we don't meet the residency requirements. Still waiting to hear back on that one. In order to qualify for the tuition program, he has to take the ACT. We picked up a prep book tonight, and we will start it tomorrow.
